When I founded Vetri Flanges in 2010, I had nothing more than a small workshop, a handful of trusted workers, and a big dream—to build a world-class manufacturing company from the heart of India that could stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in the world.

The journey hasn’t been easy. There were times when we faced financial challenges, production setbacks, and doubts from people who didn’t believe that a small Indian manufacturer could make a mark in international markets. But what we had was a deep belief in hard work, integrity, and quality—values I learned from my father, who was a blacksmith and the first person to show me the power of forging.

Every flange we produce carries the story of that belief. It represents the hands of workers who wake up early and stay late, of engineers who obsess over microns of precision, and of a team that refused to give up when the odds were against us.

Today, Vetri Flanges proudly supplies clients across the GCC and beyond, and I consider that not just a business achievement, but a tribute to every small-town entrepreneur who dreams big. We have customers who trust us, partners who believe in us, and a team that has become a family.

But this is just the beginning.
